The Palencia North Architectural Review Board (ARB) process involves completing an application within your Resident Portal (www.lelandmanagement.com). Submitting project details, surveys, photos, and material sample information ensures all exterior changes meet Palencia North's community standards for consistency and aesthetic appeal. The goal of the ARB is to protect property values and maintain the overall appearance and quality of the Palencia community.

What the ARB Reviews
Aesthetic Consistency. Ensuring new work fits the community's overall look and feel.
New Construction & Additions. Including but not limited to:

  • Pools, patios, landscaping, fences, sheds, exterior paint, roofing, etc.

How to Get Started
Login to your Leland Management Resident Portal. and click the link for the "ARB Submittal Application". Choose New Application+ and then select the appropriate request type.

Key Application Requirements (for most projects):

  • Completed Application Form: Submitted by the homeowner.

  • Property Survey: Showing existing structures and proposed improvements.

  • Photographs: Of the home's exterior and in relation to the project area.

  • Color/Material Samples: For paint, roofing, etc..

  • Project Details: Dimensions, arborist reports (if trees affected).
